The Indiana 4-H Foundation needs YOUR help!

We still have 15 shifts for which we have no volunteers.; we even have one entire day with no volunteers at all! That means that, unless we can fill these shifts, there will be more than fifty hours during the Indiana State Fair that people who may be interested in 4-H will be walking by our booth and there will be no one there to help them learn more about how great Indiana 4-H is!
Please take a look at the shifts below and consider filling one or more shifts to help spread the news about Indiana 4-H. Everyone who volunteers will get a free State Fair ticket for the day(s) on which he or she is working. Additionally, if you take two or more shifts, you will get a coupon for a free milkshake or grilled cheese at the dairy bar! (If you’ve already signed up for 2 or more shifts, don’t worry – we’ll send you a dairy coupon, too!)

Sunday, August 15th, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Monday, August 16th, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Monday, August 16th, 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Monday, August 16th, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Tuesday, August 17th, 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Wednesday, August 18th, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Wednesday, August 18th, 6 p.m .- 9 p.m.
Thursday, August 19th, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Saturday, August 21st, 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Sunday, August 22nd, 2 p.m. – 6 p.m.
Sunday, August 22nd, 6 p.m. – 9 p.m.
In addition to these empty shifts, we have several shifts with only one volunteer, so if you don’t see a time above that you could help work, there may still be a slot open for you.

To sign up, just send me an email at info@in.4h.org with the days and times you can work along with your mailing address (so that I can send you your ticket). The booth is in the air-conditioned Pioneer Our Land Pavilion at the Indiana State Fairgrounds.
